Building Maintenance Unit (BMU)
Our Building Maintenance Units, offer access to all kinds of façade regardless of the respective building height. As standard variants or special solutions, they adapt to the prevailing building shape, and therefore cover the complete field “façades”. All our products always apply to the valid standards and regulations.
BMU Roof Cars
Mounted permanently at roof level a BMU is the safest and most complete form of suspended access system, providing full lateral, horizontal and vertical movement of the working platform.
Our BMUs provide hoisting heights of upto 400m and jib outreach of upto 35m enabling safe access to even the tallest and most complex building façades. The cradles have typical working load limit of 250kg, although additional loads can be designed into the systems to facilitate glass replacement winches for future maintenance of the building.

Safety Line System / Fall Arrest System

Aluminium Gantry & Ladder
Davits (Steel / Aluminum)
Davits (Steel/Aluminium), used singularly or in pairs, provide an efficient and practical means for suspending bosun’s chairs, single work cages or platforms. Davits are commonly used on multi-level buildings and where it is necessary to clear non-structural parapets, sloped glazing, and decorative cornice mouldings. Davits provide greater flexibility in roof rigged applications I.e. clearing high parapets or storing platform on roof.
Davit systems are very popular on buildings with various terrace levels. Davit bases can be recessed below the pavers if an inverted roofing system is used. The davit base can be concealed with a paver cap. Davit bases are completely installed around the perimeter of the roof top. The davit arms themselves are dedicated to a specific building and most often dedicated to a specific roof level.

Overhead Cranes
Sitas supply & install high efficiency industrial single or double girder overhead cranes in FEM standards with the world’s leading manufacturing technologies. We provide special solutions to customers with standard products in our production range. All Single Girder and Double Girder Overhead Cranes are driver-controlled for all motions (Long-Travel, Cross-Travel. Hoisting), complete heavy duty tasks without any problem; while sustaining safe and problem- free operation with electronically controlled motions
Standard Overhead Cranes are produced from 1000kg up to 80000kg and larger than 80000kg overhead cranes are produced specially up to 250000kg.

They are suitable for high lifting capacities and heavy-duty class.

SL & ISL Models
SL Models: Lighter Duty, and Limited flexibility
The SL models are specifically engineered to handle lighter duty cycles due to a slower ground speed and hoisting speed. they lift loads in a vertical direction only and do not offer the ability to traverse the load across the widh of the crane. The SL drivers reliable and consistent performance, but is not designed for high volume situations like the ISL Model.
ISL Models: Heavy Duty & Maximum Flexibility
The ISL model possesses all of the consistency and reliability of the SL model, but takes it a step further. The ISL is a more specialized crane that can aid in solving the toughest lifting challenges you can throw at it. Some of the many benefits we have engineered into the ISL model include a significantly heavier duty cycle, faster ground speed, faster hoisting speed, and the ability to traverse loads horizontally. Plus, the ISL comes with a diesel and an enclosed operator compartment as standard features.
DB Series
